Shipping Info
Orders ship from our Orlando, FL warehouse. Our current order processing time is approximately 1-5 business days for in-stock merchandise.  During the Holiday Season, Black Friday through January 2, please allow an additional 5 business days for order processing.

*Please note, due to widespread shippings delays and unprecedented volume, our carriers do not guarantee any level of delivery service at this time
Customer is responsible for entering an accurate address for shipping.

During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our fulfillment center and processed for shipment as quickly as possible.  Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered and the zip/postal code of where the order is being shipped to.
Note: Oversized items are subject to additional shipping/fees.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to return results online.  If tracking does not work after 24 hours, please contact us: simpletruthrecords@gmail.com
Return Policy
If you have any issue with your order that you believe may warrant a return or refund (full or partial) you must notify AKT in writing within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise. No full or partial refunds, credits or returns will be honored if you do not return any defective merchandise to AKT and follow this procedure.

On a case by case basis, AKT will determine whether or not we will provide return shipping labels to send the affected merchandise to us OR if you will need to cover these costs. This determination may only be made in writing—email shall suffice for this purpose. We must receive the affected merchandise within two weeks of this determination. Any items returned outside of this timeframe, the shipment will be denied and the package will be sent back to you unless prior arrangements have been made.

AKT is not responsible for shipping courier delays, including but not limited to weather delays, recipient not being available to accept package, courier error, import or customs delays, etc. AKT does not guarantee any shipment redirects, rescheduling or other modifications made after parcel(s) have left our facility.

AKT does not recommend customers provide their own products/garments to be decorated. AKT is not responsible for replacing, either physically or financially, garments provided to AKT.

All digital production mock ups are for reference only. All Pantone colors, sizes, and placements displayed represent the closest recommended match. Every screen is different, thus what you see on your screen may differ from ours or real life. If you require a pre-production sample, please contact your account manager for a sample quote for your product(s).

A $30.00 fee will be charged for any garment/style changes made to an order. Order cancellations will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

Due to the nature of manufacturing, production runs are subject to a 5% over-run/under-run.

AKT reserves the right to modify these Terms and Policies at any time.
